Khayangan Estate is luxury villa at Bali. The owner also designer had a vision for the type of property she wanted to create even before she found the land. Construction and interior design in colonial-style furniture made from re-claimed timbers. Owner of this villa has determined that her home in Bali would not contribute to the further depletion of Indonesia’s dwindling rain forests.

A Joglo is an old Javanese structure with a very high roof in the centre, built around a square wooden frame, often beautifully carved and decorated. You can see them all over Java, and many people have bought, moved them to Bali and restored them, using them as an eco-friendly and beautiful alternative to the soul-less concrete rabbit warrens that have destroyed most of our island already.

Large Tropical House with Irregular Shape by Rockefeller Partners Architects

The modern tropical house with irregular shape and is split into two wings in order to maximize the views and reduce its massing designed by Rockefeller Partners Architects on a generous lot of 10,000 square feet. The architecture, room lighting and interior shape and a lot of glazing almost every room in the house is connected to the outdoors and has access there.

At the heart of the home is a great fireplace that begins in the living room then penetrates the exterior wall to become a wedge-shaped landscape feature and finally, the pool wall.
