The Square House in Menorca, Spain designed by MODO Architecture & Design.The house is mainly closed on its north facade, and open wide to the south orientation, it appears as a massive compact object, perforated by a “great eye”, framing the interesting views. The main entrance and sleeping area are on the first floor, while the living room and the kitchen are situated on the ground level. The kitchen is conceived to cook looking at the sea, this idea is reinforced by the use of the same floor natural stone in the interior and exterior areas. The exterior area is divided by different slopes, creating intimate or open areas as needed. Regarding to the native architectural tradition, we used “ White“ as the main material (and not as a colour) for the whole solution.

Alviales House was designed by Materia Modular , Located in Alviães, Palmaz, concelho de Oliveira de Azeméis, Portugal. The project considers the environmental characteristics and the remote horizontal line where it can be seen Ria de Aveiro, a river stream. The project contains a vast program in a contemporary language, considering an implanting area of 271 sqm. It develops in two volumes, both intersecting, one of higher dimensions, with two floors, and one of smaller scale, with a single floor. The ground floor of the higher volume is dedicated to the social area of the house and also contains a garage for two cars. The upper level is reserved for the private area of the family.

This is a villa that located in Boso Peninsula easy of Tokyo, the site has an amazing pacific ocean view while having mountains as a background. Like many other Japanese house it has very clear lines and simple forms, being surrounded by the natural landscape, it was necessary for us to utilize the great views of the site. Having these in our mind we came up with the design concept to provide the one continuous wall folded in different directions setting up the various views.Architects: Kiyonobu Nakagame, Structural engineer: Ono Japan.

B-House was designed by Damilano Studio Architects is located in Cuneo, Italy. Damilano builds this Italian white house on the hillside to enjoy the landscape of the Piedmont. The house extends horizontally with a succession of spaces terminating in the kitchen, its windows acting as binoculars focused on the country. In the opposite direction, the house spreads to the north with the body of the rooms, and maintains intimacy where the pool lies: a large body of water, reflections and light.

The plan is an immaculate inhabited area, corrupted by the materiality of a stone wall and traces of colour in some furniture. The night reveals the depth of volume. Cuts in the facade leak bright highlights into the darkness.

The Cury House is the alignment of design, of exhaustingly elaborated details, and of execution. The use of the materials, the form, the intention of the design, quietly materialize, as was thought out on the drawing board. This well-defined design is conjectured in the architectural detail. Each tiny re-entering angle of the house had been projected.

In the entrance to the house, a small atrium links the spaces together: the path to the dining room and the kitchen, the living-room and, vertically, to the bedrooms on the first story and a small intimate area on the top floor. In this room, two large wooden lathe doors open onto a deck where, on one side there is a beautiful view of the city and, on the other, looks out to the garden that, further downstairs, continues out from the grand living room.

The living-room opens entirely: two window moldings are entirely imbedded into the wall, constituting a continuous open and free space while offering a cross-ventilation between the two gardens. There is no interference of the structure in this area. The garden is structured by a wooden floor, a reflecting pool and minimalist vegetation.
